Applicants are screened automatically by requirements set on the job posting such as: Grad date, major, GPA, and work authorization status.

A pre-select schedule also requires a job posted on BroncoJOBS. However, the employer has the option to log-in to review and “pre-select” from the pool of job applicants the candidates who will be “accepted” for an interview.
The “Accepted” candidates receive an email and are prompted to sign-up on BroncoJOBS for an time-slot.

Self-scheduled interviews are “manually” scheduled by the employer. This option is typically used for day-after career fair interviewing, interviews scheduled during networking sessions or through resume book searches. Call our office to reserve an interview room and indicate you prefer to “self-schedule”.
To arrange your visit, please contact Employer Services Coordinator, Surangi Pradhan.
